Adults with Serious Mental Illness
HHI's services for adults with serious mental illness (SMI) offer a variety of services designed to meet the unique needs of individuals and their family/caregivers. Services include assessment and evaluation, access to multiple levels of treatment, case management and care coordination, psychosocial, housing and vocational services, referral and coordination with external resources, utilization of peer supports, Adult Foster Care (AFC) home care coordination, and morale and 24/7 call crisis intervention services.

HHI's professional staff consists of psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, psychologists, professional counselors, case managers, advocates, peer support specialists, nurse practitioners, and medical office assistants. Treatment staff is committed to providing the highest quality of care. Our approach to treatment is holistic ensuring head to toe medical needs are assessed and met. Treatment teams work together with each individual/family to ensure services are person-centered, comprehensive and focused on maximizing quality of life.
